My wife and I are going through a very time. This past year has been very challenging financially and this past month she told me she was leaving me after the holidays. She said she didn’t want a divorce but needed a separation because she was worried I couldn’t support her and our three kids financially. She said her dad said she could move into his house and he would support her and our kids, but he would not help us out if my wife and I were together.
I have acknowledged that I had allowed my wife to carry our financial burden alone and I have not been attentive to her concerns. I’ve been making every effort to live up to my responsibilities, be a better husband, father and provider, and my wife has not left yet. We started seeing a marital therapist two weeks ago and I think it has helped but I’m worried that I cannot make the changes and improvements I need to make quick enough to keep her from leaving. I love my wife and kids with all my heart and soul and I would do anything to keep my family together. Please pray for me and my family.
Please pray that God reveals his truth to my wife. She has fallen in with a group of single non-churched women ten years younger. They have her believing that she should divorce and break up our family (two young girls) rather than focus our marriage on God and work through some of the “worse” times. Please pray that I receive wisdom, strength, and peace through God as she goes out on her own. Please pray for our girls as they are already questioning why mommy doesn’t want to hang out with the family anymore.
I’m engaged & my fiancé is saved & goes to church. I do need prayer for him. He has a problem with flirting with other women. When I ask him he denies acting this way but I’ve caught him. He’s around men that are married but are constantly flirting with woman & don’t act married & they go to church. I need agreement & strong prayer that God will show my fiancé he doesn’t approve of this behavor & that God removes this sinful behavor from my fiancé. Pray God will put conviction on my fiancé for this type of behavior. I also pray he will show him he doesn’t approve of his friends he has chosen & God removes them out of his life. Thank you for your prayers & God bless all.
Pray for softening of my husband’s heart toward me. Pray for forgiveness and restoration in our marriage.
My husband and I had a conflict yesterday, which resulted in my disrespecting him. This isn’t the first time I’ve exhibited this behavior. He has asked me not to sleep in our room, has stopped speaking to me, and called me a contemptible person. I’m not sure how to find and/or seek reconciliation. He has our 13 year old son worried we’re divorcing. I desire to reconcile, but he’s unwilling. His heart is unforgiving.
Please pray for us that his heart toward me would soften and we would find restoration and healing.
Lord, I’m offering these prayer for the intention and purpose of praying for you divine intervention on what is happening with my marriage relation with my wife. I have done wrong to her and the family and regret them all and have confessed to God all of my faults. I pray my wife will be able to understand me. She is really in deep sorrow right now that she’s very angry with me. I cannot help but cry and ask for forgiveness but she still cannot give it me right now. I respect her decision but I’m not leaving the house because I want to win her back to me. Lord, give me strength and wisdom to withstand all these things. I cannot live without my wife and please help in my struggle to win her back.
Pray that you soften her heart and have an understanding mind so that we can iron out things and move on. Pray to you oh Lord, that you send forth the Holy Spirit and let it work for us. Pray that my wife will have a forgiving heart. Pray that she will realize that life must go on. Pray that you protect her always, make her strong. Lord, I’m entrusting to you my life because I know I cannot make it without you. Pray that our marriage be restored back in Jesus name, Amen.
Dear Lord, I thank you for my marriage and for our son. Thank you for the trials that we’re going through. Please leads us through these trials and help me and my husband to forgive one another always. Help me to forgive my husband right now. I’m hurt and confused but let me see this experience through your eyes. Remove bitterness and hatred from my heart right. AMEN.
My husband walked out almost 3 weeks ago. My prayer is that the Lord would restore my marriage and convict him and I both for the mistakes we have made. I pray for my husband’s salvation and that the Lord would soften his heart toward me. I pray that God would protect and bless my husband and show him His design for marriage.
I ask for, no I beg for everyone’s prayer for my marriage! We have been married for 24 years and had our rough times but yesterday my wife told me she is not happy and she only has one life to live. She says she “Loves me but not in love with me anymore.” I come from a belief that divorce is not a option. She comes from a divorce family. So it has always been an option to her. I know she loves me and something is fighting our marriage. Please pray God directs me in what to do and heals our marriage. Thank You. God Bless!
My wife has decided to divorce me for no reason. Please pray for a change of heart. I really love her.
My name is Troy and I am from the Houston area. My wife left me about 4 months ago to her home town in AZ and she is now seeing an old ex boyfriend of her. I’ve been praying since then that God will awaken her soul and remove the scales from her eyes. I’m praying that God will bring her back home. It has been very devastating for me. Both of us are born again Christians and in her case she has backslid and is now sleeping with someone. There isn’t a day that goes by that I am hurt by this actions of her. Her name is Camille. Can you please pray that God will restore my marriage and that she would come out of the adultery relationship?
I need prayer. My husband has always had a temper. Especially with me and my older son. I feel that now that my son is a teen things can get worse. I need to be a strong mom and I want to teach my son the right way to be a Christian man. But I don’t know how when we have a hot tempered head of the house. I need prayers to get me through this chapter of my life without an anxiety attack.
My husband and I have been married for 6 years. We are currently separated and he is seeing another woman. On Tuesday he said that when he saves up enough money we can get a divorce. That completely broke my heart. I waited two days and asked if he was serious about getting a divorce and he said that he didn’t know. We have a three year old daughter. My husband is a product of divorce and I don’t want to leave that legacy to my daughter. Please pray for God to soften his heart towards me, for him to come home and for our marriage to be restored. Thank you.
I’m a middle aged women married for the first time and I’m failing miserably. There always seems to be complaints about what I’m doing wrong. I’m too social, I’m not social enough, I wasn’t patient enough etc. I feel like a failure. Please pray for my marriage. Please pray that my heart doesn’t turn bitter and resentful. Please pray that my pride doesn’t get in the way.
I’m asking for prayers of guidance and strength for my mother. She’s a new cancer survivor, who has been single most of her life. She’s in a relationship now with a man that has a bad criminal past. We’ve known him 24 years and now he’s saying all the right things, but I’ve been catching him doing unchristian things. I worry he’s playing her. She has started becoming suspicious too. I want him to just be true, and not harm her or destroy the happy bubble she is in. It’s the first time she’s started living, and I’d like for her to have the strength to continue if he returns to his old ways.
Two of his spouses have died of a drug overdose. I don’t want her to be next. Please pray for God to give her the strength to love herself and life and guidance to see the truth as he sees it. I keep my concerns to myself, cause I don’t want to wrongfully accuse him. I just have a big worry. Please pray God lifts her up and protects her and shows me how to be the daughter I need to be to help her when needed. I Love My Mom. Thank you and God Bless.
