  1. Can a man that says he became a Christian at 9 years old be saved but in adult years look at his birth daughter in a bathroom window & her bedroom? The wife comes home one day to see this same man on the computer, no bottom, with clothes on. Wife sees his camera, grabs it & finds out that he took a picture of his genitalia sticking out.

This same man having incurable cancer, a heart attack then recently was on line looking at a secretive porn program, paying like an auction at $59 dollars for each, “Dirty Old Men,” “Teens,” and “Children.”

He claims that God (god) has forgiven him. He never apologized to his daughter or to his wife. He’s told his wife that she’s lying about all of this. He treats his wife by dismissing her, never asks a serious question. In 42 years of marriage the wife, family, friends never see any fruit in his life. Wife asked him about the Holy Spirit in him; he was so upset with her that he told her, “You shouldn’t be asking me that.”

    1. Yes, a person can claim to be a Christian, but that doesn’t mean that they are showing that they are followers of Christ. We’re known by our fruits. There are a lot of scripture that confirm that. Here’s just one scripture that does that. Jesus said (in Matthew 7:21-23), “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.'”

Your husband obviously needs a lot of prayer. The road he is on right now is a slippery slope, and it is one that can take him down, and a lot of other innocent people, as well. God will not be mocked. He will only take so much of these types of actions. We can’t live on past faith as genuine faith–particularly when his actions reveal no present relationship with Christ. Pray that God will reveal to him that this is a dangerous place to be, and that he needs to become a genuine follower of Christ.

I pray for you and the family too that God will reveal to you how much He loves you and will envelop you with His love and care. You have obviously been hurt in many ways. I pray the Lord comforts you and helps you. “May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.” (2 Peter 1:2) “The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26)
