Please pray for and my husband Jayson. We’ve been living separately for almost 7 years and lately I found out that he is in a relationship with another girl for I believed for more than 3 years. During this past 7 years I am always hoping and praying that our marriage will be restored and our family become whole again. I tried talking out to him but he always rejects the idea of reconciliation. I ask you to join me in offering prayers for healing and reconciliation. That whatever hurt that we’ve been through will be replaced by love for each other and forget all the bad things. Lord please enlighten him that we are his family and we are waiting for his coming home. In Jesus name. Amen
I will send you a prayer,,,GOD bless you…Love, peace and joy.
Praying for you and your strong commitment. God has not forgotten you. Stand strong in prayer. Rejoice Marriage Ministries really helps me get through – it even has a prayer in scripture generator for you and your husbands name to aid in praying scripture to our Lord. May God restore you and your husband Jayson better than you could ever ask or think in Jesus name.
Please I request prayer for my husband. .Please help me pray that he will have a closer relationship with Christ and also for the restoration of my marriage. Thank you
Holy Father – I pray for this family and repentance and commitment to you. You hate divorce regardless of what one spouse has done – you desire the One Flesh to stay One Flesh. I pray for strength for Natasha and the unwavering faith in you to call Her husband to You and also back to her. Soften his heart, Lord and restore this family in Jesus name. I believe and thank you that this is already done – our faith is in You and the unseen workings of your hands.
Natasha- a website that is extensively helpful to me is Rejoice Marriage Ministries. It has a “praying scripture” generator that will insert your and Your husbands names so you can pray Gods Word back to Him. He says in Isaiah that His Word will not return to Him empty for the purposes He has sent it. I am praying with you sister. I am standing for all broken marriages to be restored in Jesus name and for Gods glory. Turn our messes into messages proclaiming our Good Father.
I’m engaged but my fiancé doesn’t know if he wants us to be together anymore. He says I’m too defensive, and he feels like he can’t talk to me. I told my family about the problems we were having and my complaints about him. He thinks I lied and exaggerated the truth and portrayed him as evil. He says it’s my fault he feels unsafe in the community because he believes that my sis told people stuff about him. He left the country because he feels uncomfortable and wants a break from everything, saying I made him fear for his life. I didn’t lie and no one thinks he’s evil. But he’s convinced and says he doesn’t know when or if he’s coming back. I love him dearly. I’ve seen our relationship grow in ways I never expected, and we’ve passed hurdles I never imagined we would. However, I can’t sleep or focus these days because I don’t want to lose what we’ve built together. Please pray for us.
Dear Diana, Consider it fortunate that you did not tie a knot, divorce is very painful, my sister. There are signs in courtship that tells couples of the type of marriage they will be having in the future but people disregard it in the name of love.
My sister, I Corinthians 13:7 says: “love always protect, always trust, always hopes, always perseveres.” Check your relationship and decide if you want a marriage without God’s love. Get yourself busy by studying, joining a ministry in the church and as you draw closer to God, you shall realize your worth in God alone. I pray for peace in your heart.
Our family is broken. I bind you, enemy. Please God we all need heeling. In Jesus Name run out the enemy, fill the voids with your word, love, and healing power.
I am asking for continued prayer for the Lord’s will regarding my marriage. 12 months ago, my husband ended our 13 year marriage in divorce. I have taken responsibility for my part in the demise of the marriage relationship. My anger (words, silent treatment, criticism, etc.) gnawed at him and eventually left him crushed in spirit. My refusal to accept my behavior as abuse, as sin, prolonged the pain for him and our 3 children until he just couldn’t take it. I have confessed and asked forgiveness of God, of him and even confessed with our children. I have been praying he can truly forgive me and that God heal him and our children. Please pray for me to continue my healing and growth process, for him and our children.
Father, we thank You that You are a God of second, third, fourth chances or however many times it takes for us to get it right. May Felecia humbly submit to Your will and allow You to heal her heart as she forgives herself and seeks the forgiveness of her family. I pray for restoration of her and her family’s spirits. May they all be filled with Your presence – peace, love, joy and hope for the future, knowing that You will be with them and prosper them as they humbly live in obedience to Your word. Lord, I pray that Your will be done in regards to her marriage, you are a restorer and a sustainer – nothing is impossible for Your ways are not our ways. Whatever, Your will is, please give her husband and her a new perspective on life that allows them to glorify You with their lives and interactions with their children and others. Bless them and keep them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
My wife and I are facing a rough patch in our marriage, mainly caused by my inability to inform her of stuff. She feels left out and says she cannot trust my intentions though I love her deeply. We are not on talking terms, but I pray this marriage works, and the Lord works in me to make me a better man and husband. Kindly remember to say a prayer for us today. That the hurt I put her through will be replaced by love that made us be together in the first place. I have apologized, talked to her…but still she is so cold.
Lord I pray that You will soften Fred’s and his wife’s hearts so that they might desire each other so much they are like a babbling brook and have to constantly share the details of their lives with each other. May they walk together in agreement and keep each other sharp so that you might be glorified. Help them to eagerly forgive and openly express their love for one another. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
My name is peter and I feel so, so alone and not loved by my wife Christina because she puts my adult sons first. My son Joe is 32 years old and my son John is 29 years old. She even told me that the kids come first. I try to understand her but it so hard…I now turned to drinking alcohol because I feel so lonely and not loved like I used to be. My wife and I used to do things together but now she will drop me and put the kids first. Please pray for me and my wife. I will also pray for all that need help also, even though I don’t know them. May God bless you. Love Peter J.
Dear Peter J, If you trace back that you once rejected your wife, please ask for forgiveness again.
It is also important that you sit your sons down and explain the situation because these are adults who should be with their own wives and not being mama’s babies anymore.
Also note that they don’t want an alcoholic dad. You can beat this season with prayer and fellowship. Our God is faithful Mr Peter, He shall surely see you through and this season shall pass in Jesus mighty Name.
All the best my brother, Khanyisa in South Africa.
Please pray for me & my husband as we both have been consumed with anger (it doesn’t matter who started it), and it has broken my spirit, as I’m sure it has his (though he denies it). Being told that you’re stupid for doing [fill in blank, you name it] is heart wrenching. We’ve stopped going to church though since finding this site, I want to go back & will do so on my own. Please pray the prayers of one who has been wounded and one who has wounded. In Jesus’ name.
Lord, I pray that Samantha and her husband no longer allow the devil to get a foothold in their marriage because she and her husband are angry with each other. I pray that they will only use good words that encourage and build up one another – may their words be like the poetry of Songs of Solomon. May they forget and forgive one another for the harsh words and things that they have done to each other, but more importantly, may they submit to Your will, return to church, allow You to put your words in their minds and hearts so that they may be Your people and You their God. Bless them as they seek to live in submission to You and honor You. Bless this marriage so that they may have a testimony to share with others and forever glorify Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Please pray for rebuilding a marriage broken by alcohol.
Lord, I pray for restoration of this marriage and a release from the spirit of alcoholism. May their only desire be to honor You in every aspect of their lives – mainly through their daily living and marriage. Make them eager to be in one another’s presence, sharing their love with one another and their home full of laughter and joy. Bless them in a way that allows them to remember that You have not forgotten or forsaken them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
My name is Bryan, please pray for my wife Jennifer’s salvation and that she will turn back to Christ and for our marriage to be restored. I just recently returned from deployment to a house that I have to be out of by the end of the month and have been SERVED papers that I have to respond to by Friday with an agreement. I have been holding fast to GOD this past year and praying for restoration and that my wife would turn back to Him and that here eyes and ears would be opened to the truth that Satan has deceived her. Every time I take my kids to Bible study, church, or when they are with me I can see the hurt in their eyes and they pray with me for their mother’s salvation and that her eyes and ears would be opened. Please pray for GOD to restore this family and marriage.
Holy Father – I pray for Jennifer’s salvation and repentance and commitment to you and her family. You hate divorce regardless of what one spouse has done – you desire the One Flesh to stay One Flesh. I pray for strength for Bryan and the unwavering faith in you to call Jennifer to You and also back to him. Soften her heart, Lord and restore this family in Jesus name. I believe and thank you that this is already done – our faith is in You and the unseen workings of your hands.
Bryan – a website that is extensively helpful to me is Rejoice Marriage Ministries. It has a “praying scripture” generator that will insert your and Jennifer’s names so you can pray Gods Word back to Him. He says in Isaiah that His Word will not return to Him empty for the purposes He has sent it. I am praying with you brother. I had an emotional affair and my husband found out. I was served with papers and I immediately repented, ended the relationship and tried to reconcile. I also received salvation. (Praise the Lord). He attempted to reconcile with me for about 3 weeks and then he said he was done. It has now been 4 months and he is involved with another woman, has custody of my children, and I was forced to move out due to the paperwork.
I believe that he is under spiritual attack of the enemy and also living in the flesh. He is a Christian who wants to be a pastor and says he cannot pastor with me as his wife. He frequently curses, drinks alcohol (does not get drunk), and has a prideful spirit about his Bible knowledge and how long he has been a Christian. I do not say this to condemn him – I am deeply burdened for him and for our marriage and children.
I want nothing more than to be obedient to the Lord, my husband, and my family. Please pray for a change in us both, that I would grow closer to God as I pray alone for reconciliation, but that my husbands hardened heart would be softened, God would convict him, and that our marriage would be saved in a new covenant. Praying for all marriages along with you – thank you and love to you in Christ.
Trish, I will pray for you… Oh Father, I lift up Trish and her husband to You, for You are the Creator of all and You created marriage and You created each of them and You are fully able to heal their broken marriage relationship in the blink of an eye. We know that it is Your Heart to heal broken marriages and to draw both husbands and wives to You, so we rest confidently upon that truth. Be with Trish in this time and wrap Your love around her in ways that she senses Your presence every day. Give her an ever increasing passion to seek after You in her life, to read Your Word and to pray continually and to worship You with her life. Bring other believers into her life as encouragers to continually share Your Love and Your Truth with her as You teach her to follow You as Your new child. Keep her faith pure and simple and focused on Jesus always.
And, Father, I ask You to intervene in the life of Trish’s husband in a way that captures his attention. Cause him to stop and turn his life towards You. Do whatever You need to do to capture his focus in life, that he might see the situation that he is in and that he may see it clearly from Your perspective. You know fully what all of the issues have been in their marriage relationship and in his life. Bring everything out into the fully light. If Trish’s husband does not know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, cause him to drop to his knees and cry out to You, and bring salvation to his life, that he might begin to live fully for Jesus.
Oh Father, I ask You to do a mighty work in the marriage of Trish and her husband, and in each of their lives individually. By Your Mighty Hand, bring miraculous healing and restoration in a way that brings great glory to Your Holy Name. And today, I ask You to do something sweet and unexpected in the life of Trish that makes her heart jump for joy and puts a big smile on her face as she knows that it is from You. I ask these things in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, Amen!!!
Could you please pray for the restoration of my marriage of eleven years. Please pray that there would be intimacy and love back in our lives.
Lord, marriage is Your idea and designed by You, so I join with Alicia in asking that You help her and her husband cleave to one another in an intimate way that brings joy to their souls and laughter to hearts. May they love each other deeply and completely in a way that only comes from being in relationship with You. May they consider the needs and desires of the other above their own and seek to make their spouse happy. May their home be filled with love, peace, joy and goodness so that You are glorified. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Please pray for me for I am facing many difficulties in terms of finances. I need a financial break through prayer. I often have dreamt I am unable to climb a mountain or a ladder several times. Please pray for me so that the next time I dream I able to reach the top of the mountain or ladder.
About to get married in less than 2 months. Pray that the Lord should shut the mouth of the enemies before, during and after the wedding, also fruitfulness after the wedding.
I pray for my marriage. We had a great 5 years except not being able to have a child. Year 6 I got pregnant and had a beautiful baby boy. Once he was a few months old my husband started to have an affair. I found out and my life was shattered. This was 7 months ago. I’m still shattered. We have been trying to work it out but I know the first few months he did not stop the affair. Then I found texts to another woman besides the one he had an affair with. I’ve been feeling like he is still doing something behind my back but do not know for sure.
Tonight I took the baby to the couch so he can sleep and get rest for an early day. I was dosing off as I was dreaming of me catching him doing it again. I woke up and found him on the phone. I feel like God was revealing to me like he did the first time. I’m shaking on the inside and can barely contain myself. I want our marriage to turn around and be restored but I can’t trust him at all. And I’m having a hard time trusting God fully.
Lord, please bring to Jennifer’s remembrance all the times You have been faithful to her and have kept Your promises. May she always know that no matter what her husband says and does, You are the same – You do not change and will always be with her until the end of time, but eagerly await to welcome her into eternity as well. Lord, I pray for her well-being and peace of mind, help her to submit to Your will in regards to her marriage. May she not act hastily but trust You to show her the way in which she should go. May she be given the ability to be an awesome mother and wife as You minister to her heart and convict her husband of his wrong-doing. Lord, please allow both of them to fully submit to Your will, so that they may honor their vows and their marriage might serve as example to the world of Your great love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
