  1. Can we, be godly and forego romantic love or any expression of intimacy in a perfectly Christian marriage? If I prayed hard enough, could I attain that godly love and replace what the flesh desires or any carnal expression of marital love and still be rightfully married to my spouse in God’s eye? What does God command me to fulfill His purpose in our marriage instead of what we want out of it?
