My husband and I been married for 8 years. We’ve known each other since our teenage years. In the beginning of our marriage things were very shaky on his part. He would cheat on me, leave me home all the time; I really suffered. No matter how many problems we were having I constantly prayed for our marriage. Things have gotten much better, but now I’m seeking love elsewhere. I met someone and he treats me so good. He reads the Bible with me; something my husband never does. It hurts me so bad because I think I’m falling out of love with my husband. Please pray for me because I want to save my marriage and it seems so hard.
We’ve been married for one year. We prayed before getting married and only after the will of God was revealed we got married. But now we’re like poles apart. He’s very dominating and emotionless. He doesn’t understand my feelings or my personality. He doesn’t understand that his words provoke me to anger. When I answer him back he blames me for everything. I have to do what he asks me to do and no matter what, he expects me to keep quiet. Though he speaks hurtful words, he thinks it’s cool and I need to accept it. I’m not able to connect with him and feel disinterested to talk to him bcz of his behavior. When I tell him what he speaks is wrong he feels that I’m fighting and blames marriage. I feel it’s unfair. Also, he expects me not to eat bcd I’ll put on weight and become ugly later. He keeps nudging me at the dinner table. In fact, I’m a person who doesn’t touch any junk and only eats 3 strict meals a day. It’s very frustrating to be totally dominated. I feel like I have no freedom any more. Please pray for us.
My wife and I are separated due to me. Not too long ago I came back to Jesus and realized my wife is a gift from God and that SHE is who I am supposed to be with. I am wanting to work things out with her. We’ve been married for 4 years and have a 16 month old girl. Please pray for us that God will bring healing and happiness back to our marriage and we become a family again. I love her so much. I am in counseling with my (our) pastor to help me grow in faith and learn how to be a Godly husband. But my wife is struggling with all the changes that I have made and does not know what she wants. Please pray as I don’t want to lose my family over my sins.
Please pray for our marriage. Me and my husband have been together 20 yrs. We have three kids. My husband has a hard time keeping jobs. I’ve been through this for eight years. I’ve stuck by him but it’s geting hard. He has a good chance of getting a job at UPS. The shift is great and works with my work schedule. Please pray that he gets this job and stays on it and becomes the provider of our home and sets a good example to our children of what a godly man should be.
(Australia) Please pray that God will cancel my divorce and make my husband Kas, reconcile with me. Thank you in Jesus name. Amen
I pray that God heal my marriage. After I found my husband had found love elsewhere, I left him and moved back with my family. After a year of exchanged hurtful words and malicious acts against each other, he has come back to me and asked for my forgiveness. I filed for divorce 8 months ago and for some reasons unknown it keeps getting postponed, not by the doing of myself or him. I believe this is a sign that God had something better in store for us. I ask for prayers to heal our marriage and help us both seek God in our long journey to restoring what God put together 6 years ago. I ask that God give my family clarity so that they may support me in my decision to fix my marriage and moving back in with my husband.
I have been married a year and half and my wife has decided to leave me and is starting to file for divorce. She says we’re too different and that she needs to find herself, and is unable to do that with me in her life. I love her and she says she loves me but doesn’t see being happy with me. This came totally out of the blue and I’m extremely confused and lost on what to do. I’ve totally put it in God’s hands. She has very little Christian influence in her life right now and I feel that it’s Christianity she is pushing away as much as me. I pray that someone will come into her life to provide that Christian influence and help her come back to God and me. I truly believe we can make it work and be happy for the rest of our lives.
I ask for prayers over my wife and I we have been together 4 years now separated 3.5 months. We allowed stubborness to push us apart. We have two beautiful children and a lot of love in our relationship. I know we can beat this battle. Please pray for healing and for my wife’s heart to open back up to me an let her realize I am the husband she knows I can be and vice versa. We have too many blessings and a great future to let this slip away due to minor problems. All the prayers would be greatly appreciated my family is mylife.
I have a childhood friend who is now in his early 40’s with a daughter he adopted 6 yrs ago as a toddler. He’s been married 3 times & currently in the middle of his 3rd divorce. They separated last spring & within 3 months he was dating again. He broke up with her & after 2 days started dating someone else. He just proposed to her. She has 2 children, one 3 or 4 & an infant under 1 & has never been married.
I think I’m the only one that has been honest that I am concerned & have practically begged him to not rush into another marriage. He’s a wonderful person, but I feel he wants a successful marriage so badly that he keeps forcing himself into them without giving himself or his daughter the healing time they need. I love my friend; he’s like family to me & will support him regardless. I pray he either comes to his senses, or she really is “the one” this time. I also question her reasoning to rush into a marriage with someone with that divorce record, a young child, an adult daughter, multiple ex’s, & step-children he’s still in contact with when she’s never been married before. Please pray for their guidance.
Please help me pray for my marriage. My wife and I have been separated for over a month now and she is determined to get a divorce and not try to save our marriage. I pray that God fill her with the strength, courage, and will to try and save our marriage. I believe that God can perform miracles, I pray that He will save our marriage and allow us to come back together as husband and wife to work to reconcile our differences and make our marriage stronger than ever before.
Me and my husband have been married for 19 yrs w/3 children. He got involved w/ this lady that’s deep in witchcraft unknowing to him at first. There’s strongholds involved now and he deals with a lot of guilt and shame for the choices that he has made. Pray for my husband’s deliverance, that all soul ties be destroyed in the name of Jesus. God has given me a heart to forgive and I want my new marriage that the Lord has promised me. And our kids need their father home and whole. Many will be set free from our story when the Lord is through with us. Blessings.
My prayer today is for the truth to go forth regarding marriage, divorce and remarriage. There are so many people being lead astray believing that it’s okay to get married and then divorce and get remarried. This is a serious matter. If you are Christians don’t look to theologians for answers but believe the Bible. Some say that the Bible is written by name but the same false books you look to for guidance are from theologians who are in error. The Bible is the pure truth and there’s no confusion in the Word. Look to Jesus and stop looking to these false teachers who are leaning on there own understanding regarding remarriage. This is my prayer for today that you all study God’s word and He will give you the answers you need.
I’m wanting my husband back not this mean and hateful man he has become. amen
I would like to pray for all the people that are hurting in their marriages. I would like to pray that my husband will be faithful to me again and that our marriage with God’s help will grow stronger. I wish that the other lady that is trying to destroy my marriage will find someone that is meant for her. I pray God will help each and every one to come closer to God because with Him all things are possible! God bless everyone. Have faith in the Lord.
Please pray for me for a peaceful married life. I am 29, separated and living alone for the past 5 years. The rough phase that I went through during my 1st marriage, makes me feel very insecure. I request God to bless me with a happy married life with a very understanding husband and lovely children.
