Please pray for reconcilation in our marriage. I love my wife and kids and am right now separated. She filed for divorce last year and our court date is this April 27 with our mediation April 12. She was diagnosed as clinically depressed last year after walking out of our last counseling session last year then moved with our 3 kids and she has not gotten better. We have been married going on 11 years and I believe this mental health issue has manifested itself for us to deal with together.
The marriage counselor strongly suggested we get a psychological evaluation so I’m asking for prayer that the real enemy of our marriage be revealed and dealt with and that our family be reconciled. Read your article “When Mental Illness is Affecting Your Spouse” touched me, especially at the end about the husband taking care of his wife. Thank you and GOD BLESS!!
Praying for your wife to work with her counselor and God to find healing and stick with the process. Also praying that both of you are actively engaged with your children and ensuring that they are well cared for and accept no blame for all that is going on. Praying that as your wife heals, she will see that divorcing is a mistake and work with you to restore your marriage. Praying for both of you to stay focused on what God has for you and not give in to the enemy who seeks to destroy your marriage.
Please dear Lord heal our marriage and help my husband overcome his infidelity so we can rebuild our marriage. Help me show forgiveness.
Amen! Praying that you will continue to fight for your marriage through prayer and standing on God’s word. Also praying that you will be able to forgive your husband, he seeks God for forgiveness and forgives himself so that the two of you can rebuild your marriage. May God continue to strengthen and bless you through this battle.
My husband has been quite ill with type 2 diabetes and is displaying explosive verbal fits of rage and mood swings, which seems to come with his condition. As it was mentioned in the article this type of anger crushes the heart. We are both believers in Christ. Anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires. Sinful anger also grieves the Holy Spirit. Please pray that peace will be restored to our home. Thank you.
Praying that your husband’s illness will draw him closer to God and that in spite of his pain/struggles, he will have the attitude of Christ. Praying for more love, joy and peace in your lives and that God blessed you richly forgive your faithfulness.
God today I come before you thanking you for my many blessings. Today I pray for a healing worldwide, that you help us defeat this horrible virus. God I pray for Stephanie’s family and mine. I pray that you help us find ways to slow climate change. God I pray you help me on my quest to turn earth on the edge into a highly functional, successful and sustainable non-profit and put the people, places and things in my path to make it happen.
God I pray that you put this mission in Steve’s and put him on my board. God I pray you send me board members for my Quest; I need an attorney, a master gardener, a CPA and a retired carpenter, much like the son you sent to teach us selfless sacrifice.
God I pray that you put the glow of love to surround my little press release. Please let everyone who reads it see this mission of heart, mind and soul. God I ask that you touch the hearts and souls of certain journalists and have them feel compelled to reach out and help me make my quest known to the world. God please help me turn my visions and dreams into reality. I pray all prayers in Jesus’s precious name, amen.
I am hurting, praying for the father of my children to open his eyes and see his place is here at home and to not leave us, to not live alone to live single with the wants/desires of the world. May GOD open his eyes and his love return to keep our family in tact. Please I don’t want my children to grow up in a broken home. 💔😔 GOD please restore the love trust and communication we once had. May his eyes and heart be enlightened, may he receive guidance from the Holy Spirit to steer away from bad company and thoughts. Jesus please hear my prayer request.
Praying that your husband will feel and respond to God tugging on his heart and be obedient to the Holy Spirit. Praying that he makes the necessary changes; that the two of you are forgiving and extend Grace and mercy to one another; and that you both work hard to rebuild the trust and love you have in and for one another. May you both stay encouraged every step of the way.
Please pray for my family to be restored. My husband has become distant emotionally as he physically works far from home lately, in another state. I pray against the spirit of abuse i.e gas lighting, pride, witty behavior and pompousness to vanish in Jesus Name.
Oh the blood that gives me strength from day to day – it will never lose its power against the tricks and tests against my marriage.
Praying that your husband will realize how much he misses you and your family during this time and find ways to keep your bond going. May you continue to lavish love on him and pray for him. May he not take you for granted. Praying that you both find ways of expressing your love in meaningful ways that allows your love to thrive and flourish.
For the healing and restoration of my marriage,
For my husband to gain wisdom and strength to stay away from temptations and commit to working on our marriage and for our happiness together.
Praying for the restoration and revitalization of your marriage – that outside forces will not prevail. May God get all the glory from your marriage and may the two of you be blessed by your love for one another.
I pray for clarity. I’ve only been married for a little over two months and my husband already stepped out on me. I’m confused angry and most of all hurt. I just want to feel better. I just want to know is it worth it since it’s only been two months. Please pray for my healing. I pray for my husband as well. I pray he understands what he did. I pray that he’s remorseful and I pray that he makes some changes not necessarily for our marriage but for himself that he lives a happy healthy life. I know he has deep rooted issues and I pray for his healing as well.
Praying that you both deal with the hurt, confusion and mistrust that his affair has caused – find it in your hearts to forgive with the aid of the Holy Spirit and let God lead you to a new and better path in your marriage. But, I’m praying that the first steps be taken and that your husband is remorseful, repents and makes the necessary changes to insulate himself from temptation and set appropriate boundaries. May you both find your marriage is worth it and do all you can to protect it and persevere.
My wife and I are nearing the end of our divorce proceedings after 44+ years of marriage. We have been separated over 7 months and I have not seen my adult children or grandkids since the separation. I tried everything in my power to reconcile the marriage, but my wife believes it was too little, too late, and that she is done! I still love her dearly, ever since the day I felt God told me she would be my wife, and eventually asked her to marry me. I only want the best for her and know that God loves her more than I ever can. If that means living without me in her life, then I support and respect that.
I ask you to pray for my wife and I to know God’s perfect will for each of us individually, and to follow his counseling and direction. That we might shut off all the internal and external noice and clamoring of the enemy of our soul and distinctly hear the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit. Please also pray for healing for the hurts my wife and I have inflicted on each other over four decades together. Thanks in advance to the prayer Warriors who will see this request. God bless you.
Praying that you and your wife will experience even more of God’s presence on this season of your lives. Also praying that you both will allow Him to minister to your hearts and heal deep-rooted wounds; focus on the good and maintain hope for your futures. Praying that as you forgive each other and view your love in. a new light, you will both experience more peace and joy. May you both continue to have active relationships with your children and grandchildren – seeking their forgiveness where applicable. Let love conquer all.
My husband is addicted to meth, alcohol, sex addiction, gambling and affairs. We’ve been married 28 years. Pray for him, Frank, to be set free, filled with the HOLY SPIRIT and his heart to return to the first love he had for me, his wife, Judie. We have 6 daughters and 10 grandchildren. RESTORE OUR FAMILY… MAINLY THAT WE GET SO CLOSER TO OUR SAVIOR, FATHER AND FRIEND.
Praying that your husband will come to the end of his rope and seek treatment for his addictions and surrender his life to Christ. May he truly deal with his issues and not seek refuge in drugs, sex or other women. Also praying for you; 28 years is a long time to live in uncertainty. Praying that you continue to find peace and hope in Christ – enjoy the blessings of your 6 children and wonderful grandchildren. May you enjoy life and experience all God has for you while your husband works with God to become the man he needs to be.
Hi, my name is Samuel. I am from Mumbai, India. I have a prayer request. I am looking for a partner for marriage with whom I can travel all over the world with God’s word. Thank you.
Praying that God blessed you with a wife that desires to be a missionary and blessing to you. May you bless her with your love and have a fruitful ministry.
Good Day! I would like to ask about your organization regarding my husband’s vices, which I can’t take anymore. Please grant my intention (prayer) that he will change, not for us but for himself. His Name is Dino. By the way, I’m May Ann. We have kids 3 lovely daughters. I would like him to change because our children are growing up and need guidance. I would like you also to help me pray that God will also grant all my wishes for my children to be god-fearing children.
Praying that all of you will grow in your relationship with Christ – that you and your husband will have a loving marriage that reflects Christ. As you and your husband take on the character of Christ, may those around you be blessed. Praying that your children grow up in a home where God is first and make Him the foundation of their lives and that this continues with the generations of your family to come.
For the healing and restoration of my marriage. For my husband to gain wisdom and strength to stay away from temptations and commit to working on our marriage, for him to be faithful and stop his infidelity and for our happiness together.
Praying for your husband to live for Christ and stand firm in his faith – loving God and you as well as your family and hating sin. May he be a man of integrity and you, a woman of good character so that all of those around you may reap the blessings of your presence in their lives.
Prayer for my 3 teens and husband in the hospital with covid. My 1 child had covid, now a second might have covid, and we are trying to keep the 3rd safe. I am not there physically due to having a brain tumor and my risk is too high to be there right now. The stress level is extremely high and I am having a hard time in virtual parenting and hubby is feeling a loss of control and time away is stressful for him. He feels challenged by my decision making skills. We all love each other and thus I need some prayer help in calming everyone’s minds and giving peace and the love of God in their hearts so we can get thru this part of the journey. Please pray.
Praying for all of you to be strengthened by God’s healing power and love as you battle against the coronavirus. Praying that your love for each other bonds you together and the physical distance becomes secondary. Also, praying that your husband feels God leading him in his decision making and your support. May there be speedy recoveries and an abundance of praise to God for keeping you and sustaining you through all of this.
