My name is Kym and I am reaching out to request prayer for my husband, Nathan’s salvation and deliverance, as well as God’s sovereign hand and protection over our marriage. God has been speaking to Nathan over the past few years and he’s been showing interest in learning more about God and finding a church to go to together. We’ve been under spiritual oppression for the past 18 months and Nathan has been battling with mental health issues, and has been withdrawing from me, despite my efforts to reach out to help.
About 4 months ago, Nathan met a woman through an online video game and he believes he is in love with her & wants to move 8 hours away from me to pursue a relationship with her. My heart is absolutely shattered but my faith in the Lord is keeping me strong. 2 years ago, while I was praying on the way to work, the Lord grabbed ahold of my heart and told me I needed to start praying daily for my husband and for my marriage. I didn’t know at the time what that meant exactly but I firmly believe the circumstances we are facing now is what God was referring to.
I am boldly stepping out in faith, claiming Nathan’s imminent salvation and deliverance, as well as the full restoration of our marriage. It is the desire of my heart that Nathan gives his life completely over to Christ and that our marriage is brought to life through God’s resurrection power. I want to live for God everyday with the man that I love so dearly as my husband, leading me in a Christ centered marriage. Thank you so much for reading this and for your prayers. God bless you!
Adding our prayers to yours for Nathan to surrender his heart to God and let Jesus be the Lord and Savior of his life. May he find all that he is looking for in Christ- security, hope and his true identity. Praying that he will also honor the vows he has taken and give his all to your marriage. May he realize this woman is a distraction and that his true blessing is with you. And as he draws closer to God and values the marriage may his mental state improve and he seeks to do all he can to be whole (counseling, medication, etc.). May you continue to trust and believe that God has a plan for both of you that is good and that it will come to fruition. And may you reap all the blessings God has in store for you as you trust Him to bring you through this season of tests and trials.
May the Lord hear your cry. Keep waiting on him. At his appointed time he will answer your prayers. He’s a God of miracles and he never fails. Nothing is impossible when you call upon his name.
Please pray for my marriage, and pray for my husband; he quit wearing his wedding ring. We have been living in separate rooms, he is emotionally, mentally unavailable and thinks we can only stay together if I have the same beliefs as him. He doesn’t hear me or tries to hear me; he says it’s arguing. I’m afraid to divorce; please pray for me. I’m feeling so hopeless.
Praying that you’ll continue to trust and focus on God – that you’ll stay prayerful and not surrender your faith in God to appease your husband. As much as you can, live peaceably with him and try not to let him pull you into disagreements/arguments that will only support his beliefs that you’re being argumentative. Praying for him to have an undeniably true encounter with God that compels him to surrender his heart and life to Jesus. May your husband be the man he was designed to be and your marriage persevere.
Hello, I’m Chameli from Sri Lanka. I’m a girl and 23 years old. I’m broken hearted because of a boy at the church I’m attending. Now, I don’t go to the church for Sunday Mass and I couldn’t get communion properly. I’m far from God now. It’s so painful. Please pray for me to heal my heart and go to the church like before, to join again to the choir, to get readings again and to get closer to Jesus. Please pray for me to get hunger to read the Bible and pray daily. I can’t pray because of my mental illness. And please pray for me to meet the right person who loves me, understands me and helps me to get better. I’m severely lonely and I need someone as God’s will, that keeps me happy. Thank you and God bless you!
Praying that you will trust God with your life and future and have a true desire to know Him…and as you seek to spend time with Him in silence (and short prayers), read His word and sing songs of praise -you will find yourself growing stronger in your faith and more in love with God. And as your relationship with Him grows, may it give you the healing/wholeness you’re looking for and attract the right people in your life. And in time, may you find that the husband you’re praying for has found you.
Please pray for the Father to draw my husband, Karl, to Jesus. He had a vision of Jesus once and he cried so hard, but now he renounces Him. Please pray for restoration of our marriage. He moved out over a year ago, we were barely hanging on, and then he completely pushed me away a couple of weeks ago. I believe the main reason is because of my belief in Jesus as Lord and Savior. I believe God has a great purpose for our marriage, so I continue to pray and believe. But it is also very painful and difficult to walk through this battle. Please pray for faith and strength for me to continue to fight for our marriage. Thank you!
Oh dear Kimberli, praying that you can feel God’s overwhelming love for you in ways that are not related to your marriage. May your faith grow stronger by the day and you continue to hang on to the truth of His word whether it’s through meditating/reciting Bible verses, studying passages in the Bible or the singing of hymns/worship songs. May your spirit/soul feel lighter as you let go and give lire if your concerns/worries to Him and know that others are praying for you and cheering you on. Praying that Karl will respond to the Holy Spirit tugging on his heart and accept Christ as his Savior. Praying that he will submit to Christ as his role as your husband. Hang in there! God is working everything out for His glory and your good.
Heavenly Father, I come to you today asking for a request for prayer for restoration of my marriage. Lord, he is with a woman and I asked if both eyes were opened up their pride would be broken that he turns his eyes towards you and so she will go to ask you to bring her right for her husband. I pray over her and I ask him to return back. She was with her family as a leader as a teacher in God.
I ask our family be restored God. We know you’re coming soon. I just ask you to put something in their hearts and touch them to see that it’s not right, and it’s not good. I ask you in Jesus‘s name to bring him home tomorrow. I ask you to speak and lift the veil. God, I think you are the God of all things that are possible. I love you, I trust in you and I thank you in your son’s precious name and blood, amen.
Praying that your husband will surrender his life to Christ; end his affair and live as a new creation in Christ. As he loses himself in Christ, may he be the husband he was created to be. May you continue to trust God and see Him at work in his life and in your marriage. We are adding our prayers to yours and pray that you will see evidence of God at work on the near future.
I am Joey. I’m asking for prayer for me and my wife Emily. We are struggling and I feel she is done with me. Please pray for her forgiveness and God’s restorative power on our marriage.
Praying that you and Emily will seek God together and separately and seek counseling/godly advice before giving up and both do all you can to work through your issues and make your bond stronger.
My husband is a narcissist and believes what he thinks, whether it’s wrong or not. We have a deeply strong stronghold on our sex life. It comes from him, but he blames everything on me. He manipulates me, and uses mind games to get what he wants and more. I don’t know what God wants me to do.
Praying that you and your husband will continue to seek God and get legitimate Christian/godly counseling (individual and marital) so that you can work through your issues. Please know that it is not God’s will for you to be abused. He loves you too much! God desires for you to be whole, (your husband too). But right now, you have to focus on your health and well-being. Trust God to help you make the right decisions …the right decisions will bring you peace (sometimes immediately and sometimes-in time) and line up with His word.
How I pray that Sabrina would forgive me and we work on our relationship and get married and be happy! Lord I truly need to this to heal and mend my brokenness in my spirit soul and mind! I pray this with faith of a muster seed and truly believe you will make a way!…
Praying that you forgive yourself, she forgives and most importantly you seek God’s forgiveness…and as you walk in freedom you grow more into the man God has called you to be and be a godly husband to Sabrina.
Please pray for our marriage; we had a great marriage but something happened. We are fasting and praying but it’s like God is against us. It’s like he wants to give my wife to a different man from a church we went to. We want to be together; we have 3 kids and 21 years married.
Praying that you won’t ever believe the lie that is against you…but recognize the stronghold of the devil over situations and circumstances. May you continue to trust, fast and pray and find the support you need from your Christian friends and family to persevere.
For the conversion to Christ of my husband, Christopher. He is not a believer. He has left with another woman after 26 yrs of marriage.
Praying that Chris surrenders his life to Christ and that if it is God’s will for you to be together/ the truth if you will come back together and live as one.
Me and my boyfriend broke up after we both hurt each other a lot and it’s so painful. We even prayed together when we were dating and he had dreams of us in heaven but now he says that it’s over because I’m too toxic after another girl kissed him when we first started dating and that he’s not attracted to me anymore :(
Praying that you both seek God and focus on your relationship with Him and deal with your issues individually before you come back together to work through your challenges.
Dear Mentors in Christ, I ask you to please uphold me in prayer, as I found out that my wife was in a relationship, even committing adultery. She confessed she doesn’t want to rebuild our marriage. I am deeply hurt, don’t know what to do. Please pray for me and my wife and kids. Regards, Wilson
Praying that you will seek God and experience more of His love and comfort as your broken heart heals. May you trust Him with your future and for everything to work out for the best. Prayerfully, your wife changes her mind, but if she doesn’t know that God has another plan for you that will bring you closer to Him.
Hello. My name is Bethany and I am asking for prayer for my husband (Ricky) and I. We have been separated for 15 months. I’ve remained a stander for marriage since he left. I ask that God will soften and cleanse his heart, put in him a new healed spirit and come home and lead our family. I declare the enemy flee from my family, in Jesus name. What God has joined together, let no separate. Also, please pray that God will give me strength, courage, patience and humility during the season on waiting. It hasn’t been easy, but I know the rewards for my faithfulness are coming, in Jesus name!
Amen! Adding our prayers to yours for healing and reconciliation- may your bond be better, stronger and deeper than before as you both make Christ the cornerstone of your marriage. Praying that you continue trust God and persevere until you reap the blessing of a redeemed marriage.
Please pray for my daughter and her husband, only married 4 months ago, a lot of trust issues, and no affection, no respect or appreciation.
Praying that neither of them grow weary, but trust God to help them work through their issues/concerns as a team- that helps them build a firm foundation that brings years of joy to them as they continually grow to live as one.
I am going through a protracted divorce process from an unhealthy man after being married only a short while. We share a 20 month old baby girl. Some of the meanest things have been said about me and done to me throughout the course of our relationship and divorce process in the courts. My heart has wavered in desire, from ending the marital relationship to a heart for reconciliation. There are many perceived wrongs on both sides. I would like to request prayer for forgiveness and reconciliation, restoration of what God desires our marriage to be— for our daughter to thrive and have us both healthy and together in a loving marriage— if it is at all God’s will, favor, blessing and desire that we do so. I pray also for his deliverance and through, speedy healing process, so he will be the man, husband, and father God is calling him to be.
I pray God will stop any hindrances or distractions to His will for our marriage. I pray God will block and cut off any unholy alliances or agreements made against the thriving of our marriage. I pray this long season will end, and we can have a powerful ministry and testimony.
I also request prayer for our daughter Navi— that she will be protected in every area, every way, that she will not have trauma or a bad childhood or unhealthy attachment issues. I pray for a strong bond and healthy, godly relationship and mentality with both her parents. I pray we will be together and live happily in the will and Word of God.
Praying that you both have a change of heart, love. Completely surrender to God and let Him help and mold you into all He has called the two of you to be. May your husband surrender and be all that he can for God and may you and your daughter join him in living for Christ. May your entire household be blessed as you both make God and your marriage a priority.
