PRAISE THE LORD! As a girl of 24, I request you to pray for the sake of my marriage so that Lord Jesus Christ would perform miracles within this year. Thank You! Amen.
Lord, I pray that You will bless the Graces in their marriage and allow them to love and cherish each other as you have called them to so that they might enjoy many years of wedded bliss. May their love be a shining light of Your great love for others to see. May they experience the miracles that come from living in right relationship with You and obedience to Your word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Please pray for the restoration of my marriage, my husband divorced me 3 years ago yesterday but we have been going on dates and talking remarriage, we will be going on a date this Wednesday . I believe God for my turn around.
Hallelujah! God we praise you for the restoration of Marcia’s marriage, we know that You are the God of second chances. May they seek to renew their vows and live in relationship with You so that You are honored by their love. Lord, may they do the work that is necessary to keep the little foxes from destroying the vines and that binds and causes them to cleave to one another. May they allow the Holy Spirit to minister to their hearts and love each other as they love themselves. Bless them in a mighty way. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
I’ve been married to my husband for 22 years next Saturday, February 4. He is an engineer and thinks very analytically and scientific, without much emotion. I’m a writer. I think everything through on every degree. We had let our marriage flounder on both sides. We have both been ready to give up.
Last May, I found where he was messaging a woman, 24, at work. We are both in our 40’s. It was a hit to my marriage, heart, ego, pride, and my self esteem. He went to her house, helped her build furniture. I asked him to leave and their texts took on a more personal behavior. He finally told her after a few days that he needed to meet with her and he told her that he didn’t want to message anymore because it didn’t feel right.
She continued sending him texts for the next several months all in the name of “work”. She was finally relocated, after so much prayer, and is gone. We both woke up and started treating each other as we wanted and needed for so long. Here lies the problem: I have forgiven all the neglectful and hurt in our marriage and every single day pray to put my husband second, under God and hold my marriage in highest regard, but I just can’t seem to let the indiscretion with the other woman go.
My daddy cheated on my mom, so even though there wasn’t a physical relationship, I am struggling with my husband.
Please, for the sake of my family and marriage, join me in praying for my mine and my husband’s relationship. The battle is in my mind. Won’t you pray for us? I’m holding on so tightly, yet I feel most days it’s just by a string.
Father, I pray that Pam is loosed from wanting to compare her marriage to her parent’s marriage and is able to trust solely in You. I pray that as the enemy whispers about her mom and dad in her ear, she speaks in faith the words of Your promises to her. Lord, restore her marriage and remind her that You are part of that three stranded cord that she is grasping and in time it will get stronger and become unbreakable as long as they both keep their focus on You. Please give her the peace that surpasses all understanding and help her to stand firm in her faith when she feels like there is nothing else she can do. Thank You for how You’re working this out for their good. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Melody, God blessed me this weekend with peace and understanding. I firmly believe your prayers made a difference and I can’t thank you enough. Please continue to lift my marriage up. I cannot tell you in words what it means to me. May you find blessings around every corner! Pam
Praise God! I am so happy for you and ask that you continue to walk in the blessings of God. I will most definitely continue to pray for you and your husband.
I’ve been with my husband on and off for 20 years married for 5 years this year. My husband was the ladies man before we were married. He found out he was HIV postive before we were marriec and he told me about it and I went for test and the results came back negative. Because I loved him I never judged him and we got married. I’m the bread winner, the only one working. Recentley I found out that he was cheating with his ex girlfriend. I confronted him but he denied the affair. He’s now coming back home in the early hours of the morning; we haven’t been intimate for a months now. I did asked him if I was the problem and he said no. There’s many things happening at home which hurt me but I have decided to keep quiet and look the other way. I need prayers for my husband to stop cheating and know that he is a husband and a father to our kids. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m spiritualy weak, can’t concentrate. I’m constantely checking his phone; I think I’m losing my mind. I feel ugly, old because now I started to lose weight so that he notices me. I weigh 63kg and I’m 43 years old. Please pray for my marriage. Thank you.
Father God, continue to be with Theodora as she feels weak, remind her that in her weakness You are strong and are able to show up in a mighty way. May she not feel taken advantaged of, ugly or old – but know that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, for she was created by You and in Your image. No matter what man may say or do, she is loved more by You than she can ever hope or imagine. Father, we pray that Your divine will take precedence and her marriage is restored – that she is able to walk in forgiveness and her husband cherishes her as a good and perfect gift. Lord bless them in their marriage as they seek to honor You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Theodora, first I want to say that I know what you are going through. I would recommend that you stop checking his phone and looking to find something. If our battle is against the spiritual darkness of this world, you will find something. Don’t further hurt yourself. Let go and give it to God. Read scriptures about marriage and how God hates divorce and as long as you do what you are suppose to do and pray for your spouse and concentrate on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, everything will be okay. Will it hurt, yes but God loves us and what the enemy has plan to harm us, God is going to make it for our GOOD. Trust in God, know that he LOVES US. Peace to you.
Dear Heavenly Father I come to you asking for a miracle in restoring my marriage. See me & my wife divorced earlier this year. I ask forgiveness & seek ur guidance for a second chance. I ask that you speak to her heart, what’s broken can be re-built. I miss my family so dearly. Heavenly Father I humbly pray that you provide comfort & encouragement to my ex wife, give her strength to lower her wall of non-communication. I ask for a sign of reconcilliation may happen; me & my wife still to this day attend the same church every Sunday. We’re both Christians. Dear Heavenly Father I pray that you show me your guidance; that I’ll find the right words & actions to show my ex-wife we need to reconcile. I ask these things in your most precious name, Amen
Matt, what a lovely and sincere prayer. I am sure God hears you and is honoring your request as you seek to honor Him. I pray for the reconciliation of your marriage as well. May God continue to bless you and your wife!
I am disgusted by my arrogance that eventually cost me my marriage over two years ago. This Monday, we were able to meet for a brief time and she allowed me to pour out my heart and ask her for forgiveness. Please pray that she will be willing to meet with me again, and we can begin a walk of restoration. I believe God can make beauty from the ashes and can restore my marriage.
Jon, I stand in agreement with you that God can bring beauty from the ashes of your broken marriage. I think it is wonderful that you have had a change of heart and are willing to humble yourself and love your wife as you are called to do. May God continue to bless you and your love for your wife!
Hi. Pray for my marriage. My husband has been lying to me a lot about things and who he’s with. I’m suspecting infidelity. It breaks my heart because we’ve been down this road before. God has instructed me to pray for my role as a wife. Pray that I may forgive my husband and trust God. Am in the waiting period of this journey and I’m being still which is really hard. Thank you
Anne, I am praying with you that God will continue to minister to your heart and help you to walk in forgiveness for the feelings of betrayal you have. I am also praying that your husband will honor his vows and desire only you. I pray that God bonds the two of you in a fashion that no man/woman can put asunder.
Me and my partner, Roy. We love each other so much. Please pray for us that we are blessed with each other to get married.
I am requesting a prayer for us, my partner is perpetually getting distant which is worrying to me as she claims she no longer feels connected. please save my relationship, I love her
Please please please pray for the restoration… The healing of my marriage. Please pray for my marriage to be healed and restored. My husband left me a few days ago and I think he is involved with someone. It has devastated me. I am involved in a ministry full time. He has preached in the past but got his feelings hurt and eventually stepped away from church. It has been so hurtful all of it… A very hard 4 years. We have been married for 13 years… I said things to him that hurt his feelings but I have forgiven him and stood by him for many things. I don’t understand why he left.
Please, please, please pray for God to intervene for a miracle of restoration and healing with his heart, my heart, and our marriage. I miss him so much. I pray conviction to these choices. Pray for this person to be removed. Thank you. Kathy
Please pray for my marriage. I’m tired of getting or searching for soul mate. Please pray for me to get married with my best friend, Priyank.
Please pray for my marriage…we have been married for 32 years and it seems that things from over 15 years ago are coming up. We are both angry and saying horrible things out of anger…please help!!!
I ask that everyone prays with me for strength and courage. My husband has been having an affair and acts as if he is single. I was all for leaving this marriage until I started researching about divorce and found scriptures in the Bible about divorce and different sites concerning standing for my marriage. Every day I pray for my husband and family’s salvation and I praise God an hour a day and pray more. I don’t know what Gods will is but I do know that I surrender my will for his will. Thank everyone for praying for me. I know that God loves me and my timing is not his timing. I have some painful days that I can’t explain but then when I start praying and worshipping the pain goes away. God will have the final say in the end. Thanks again for praying for me.
Teiah, I will pray for you… Oh Father, I lift up Teiah and her husband to You, for You are the Creator of all and the Creator of marriage and the Creator of both of them, and You are all powerful and infinitely loving and You are fully capable of healing their broken marriage relationship. We stand solidly upon Your Truth and rest in Your love! Come close to Teiah in this time and wrap Your arms around her in a way that she senses Your presence in a very real way. Draw her into a deeper relationship with You and give her Your peace that passes all human understanding, in great abundance. Bless her sweet heart and speak Your love into it, filling it to overflowing. Fill her mind with Your thoughts and Your wisdom. Give her soft words of love towards her husband that will draw him back. Hold her ever close in Your embrace.
And Father, I ask you to intervene powerfully in the life of her husband. Bring Your great power into his life in a way that causes him to stop in his tracks, recognize his sinful behavior, fall to his knees in repentance and cry out to You. Capture his attention fully and turn his face towards You. Speak Your truth into his life in a way that he cannot escape or deny it. By Your Spirit, if he is yet lost, bring salvation to him in a way that is visible for all to see. Redeem him and make him Your child. Rekindle his love for Teiah and turn his focus back towards her. Cause her to be irresistibly beautiful in his eyes, as he returns to her with words requesting her forgiveness on his lips. Change his heart, Father, and make it clear to Teiah that he has been changed by Your touch. Bring healing and restoration to their marriage in a miraculous way that brings great glory to Your Holy Name! I bring these requests humbly to Your Throne in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, Amen!!!
Dear members of the body of Christ, My wife and I have stopped being intimate almost two years ago. She simply does not want to be intimate. I wait on the Lord to intervene. I know I have gained weight, and I struggle with trying to get back on my feet financially. I lost my business during the recession. I went back to school again to start over.
Simply put, I do not have money. I understand why she has lost respect for me as a man and sometimes it is very hard for her to hide her disdain. To her I am simply a lazy person. (I am a pastor struggling with a small congregation) I am looking for a job. (I just graduated with another Masters degree – and I am trying to get back into the work force. It is difficult to get back in the IT industry which I left when I joined seminary and be a church planter.)
I try to fill the gap by doing all I can. We are married for twenty years. I do take care our home and our two children. I try and pay for the small bills and I am the cook etc.. She works most days and spends her break mostly in gyms. She is a wonderful person and I love my wife. Please pray for us to make it thrugh this difficult time.
I would like prayer for our marriage. We are living separately.
