Couple on a Joyful Journey Despite a Horrible Start

The marriage journey that Billy and Yolanda Jackson have gone through is amazing. Billy and Yolanda were both Christians when they married. But then life started to take a turn through choices that were made.

A Journey That Ends Up Joyful

“Over the years, Billy’s addiction to alcohol stirred up argument after argument. Billy always managed to sober up before Sunday, so they could attend church together. But Yolanda, the pastor’s daughter, was struggling to find peace.

“…Overwhelmed and desperate, Yolanda realized she had neglected her relationship with God. Although she had prayed, she never took time to listen. ‘I didn’t really trust God. I would go figure it out after I prayed. Call somebody, ask somebody, you know, just go and do it without waiting on Him,’ said Yolanda. She called her husband from work and told him she needed time alone. She checked-in at a bed and breakfast for the weekend to study the bible and pray with no interruptions. Then, in the presence of God, she surrendered everything.”

And that’s when God started to do a miraculous work in both Yolanda and Billy. Watch this video, and read their testimony in the CBN.com article, Couple Finds the Key to a Joyful Marriage. And then pray for your own miracle. May you find hope, help from God as you look to Him, and follow His leading! Your testimony may or may not end in the same way as this one has. Who knows but God? But with God, you will go down the right path, and you will never walk alone. Please prayerfully consider all that is said and written here. God gives hope where there is none apart from Him.

Our Prayer for You:

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit!(Romans 15:13)
